Head of Algorithms for Operations, DB Netz AG
Hannah Richta is Head of Algorithms for Operations at DB InfraGO. She is an economist and gained a broad knowledge in AI and Data in several roles at DB Cargo and DB InfraGO. She started her career in railroading in 2012 at DB Cargo. Her previous roles included lean and IT management as well as building DB Cargo’s first dedicated data science team and leading a project to predict estimated times of arrival for freight trains by machine learning. She publishes in trade magazines on a regular basis and speaks occasionally at trade events.
Lead Experience Manager – AI Voice Assistant, NIO
Olga serves as a Product Manager for NIO's in-vehicle AI system - the voice assistant NOMI. Relying upon her background in research, product localization, as well as speech dialog development, she enjoys creating advanced voice user experiences. For her, crafting a good technology is about understanding people who use it, and building blocks of a voice assistant (automatic speech recognition, natural language understanding, speech dialog development, text generation, speech synthesis and much more) are bricks needed to create a truly safe, meaningful and joyful car environment. Collaborating with UX researchers, UXUI designers, development teams and other stakeholders, she helps NIO find out which features are needed and how to best deliver them, leveraging different interfaces (VUI, GUI, emotional interface).
Lead Technology Transfer Management, maxon group
Max Erick Busse-Grawitz leads technology transfer at maxon group. His main areas of focus are collaborations with startups and academic institutions, technology assessment, and the implementation of concrete innovation projects.

Emanuele Rossini is a data scientist specializing in machine learning strategies for image recognition and natural language processing. Since 2022, he has been the Team Lead for Computer Vision at Würth Group, where he drives innovation in AI and computer vision technologies.
