Mathematical Society and received a scholarship as one of the two highest performing students in his year. Between 2015-2017 he worked as Senior Data Scientist and Senior Research Scientist at Zalando SE. Since 2017 he is with OLX, first as Head of Data Science, then Director of Data Science and currently as Chief Data Officer. He has more than 30 publications in the thematic area of machine learning, with more than 1000 combined citations. He was awarded an IEEE Certificate of

I enjoy understanding and solving customer problems. Finding opportunities to make the lives of our customers easier, using data to identify the root causes of challenges and finding what can be improved at scale with application of ML and AI are all key parts of the job of a Chief Data Officer and I love all of them. Doing this at scale with millions of customers and creating the infrastructure (data platform, experimentation platform) that enables such solutions for today but with the possibility to improve further tomorrow is something I find fascinating.
